The materials presented in the maps should not have been published before or be under submission elsewhere. They should follow the copyright rules; no copyrighted material may be used without permission. The submitted maps must respect the following specifications:

They have to be submitted in a digital format, either pdf or any picture format.

The map size and resolution should be enough to be able to be printed in A1 or larger size paper

Each sender should not send more than two maps

The author name should not appear on the map during the submission and evaluation process. The name should be displayed on the printed map at the conference (after the notification of the winners)
And final our specification is:
- The contents of your map are up to you – it is your artwork!
Once you are notified of your map's acceptance, it is your responsibility to print it in color, in A-1 size or bigger and bring it for display at the conference.
