The materials presented in the posters should not have been published before or be under submission elsewhere. They should follow the copyright rules; no copyrighted material may be used without permission. The submitted posters must respect the following specifications:

Design
- Dimensions: 1.20m x 0.90m (approx. 4’ x 3’)
- Arrangement: Clear, simple and uncluttered arrangement
- Lettering: Title 8cm in height
- Authors’ names and affiliations somewhat smaller
- Everything should be readable from a distance of 1.5m – 2m (5’ – 7’)
- Use a simple and clear font type. When using colors, make sure to have high contrast
Once you are notified of your poster's acceptance, it is your responsibility to print it in A-0 size and bring it for display at the conference.
