Grants

As the conference will be hybrid, travel grants will NOT be given for paper submissions. Considering this, the authors of the 3 best paper submissions will receive prizes in the form of €200 gift cards. To be able to be eligible for an award, you must be enrolled at a university as a student, graduated or enrolling in 2021 (undergraduate, masters and doctorate).

Applicants must check to see if their gift cards are available for use in their respective locations. The organizers of 2021 Geomundus Conference will not be responsible for unredeemed gift cards and grants cannot be reimbursed in cash.

Application Submission

We are excited to invite you to present your geospatial software application!

Following this year's twist of “Geospatial Technologies: Fancy toys or tangible outcomes” we are giving students, professionals and researchers the opportunity to present their geospatial applications. Through this submission we would like to promote and encourage practical solutions to geospatial problems, as opposed to purely theoretical projects.

So if you have developed software or application, regardless of size and complexity, using geospatial data we give you a platform to demonstrate and promote this to the geospatial community. We will get back to our selected developers via email and inform them about the presentation details. The official language of the conference is English.
